Order Confirmation: 

All orders will be confirmed via email once your order has been accepted. 

Order Cancellations: 
Please carefully review every order prior to payment. Any errors, additions, or cancellations have to be made within 24 hours. Modifications and cancellations will not be accepted without written approval. Please email any order changes to customer service. 

Special Orders: 
Special and custom orders are submitted for production upon a 50% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. The lead time begins from the date the deposit is collected. Depending on the product, lead times range from 4 - 8 weeks. 

Methods of Shipping: 
Shipping is determined per order and/or item. Will call and shipping are offered. 

Replacements and Repairs: 
There will not be replacements for antique items due to their rare nature. If a custom order needs a repair or needs to be replaced, please contact us. Replacement items will ship to the same address, using the same delivery method as the original order. 

Product Characteristics and Images: 
Due to the antique nature of the items, it is normal for finishes and dimensions to vary. Photographs on the website and Instagram are close approximation of color and texture. They may not be exact.
